No child shall be admitted to a school without proper proof that the child has been immunized as required by the laws of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 26:1A9. Proper immunization is a condition of admission to the school. 

All students interested in participating in any of the sports programs offered at St James School must have a recent medical form submitted prior to the first practice of the sport or in early September of the current school year whichever is first.
